· Key responsibilities will include:
· Promoting the brand to both new and existing clients.
· Responsible for sales growth.
· Staff Recruitment and retention.
· Staff training and development / Personal Development Plans.
· To ensure that both clients and colleagues experience the ultimate beauty experience.
