Our client is a start up organisation providing sophisticated next generation debt collection and recovery services to credit providers, debt collectors and debt purchasers. The organisation is led by industry experts with experience with major lenders including GE Capital and Capital One and has extensive backing. We are seeking a Strategic Research Manager to assist in taking this venture into its next growth phase. An early task will be to set up and manage a knowledge management function and to establish processes that will enable the research needs of the organisation as a whole to be addressed, on an ongoing basis. It is likely the ideal candidate will be an ex-consultant (with between 2-4 yrs experience) looking to gain hands-on experience and to develop their career within a start up organization. Industry experience is NOT a prerequisite but applicants must have highly developed analytical skills.
