Responsibilities: § Manage the production unit to optimise efficiency, and to met quality, budget and time objectives for all customer orders. § Project manage new product introduction and lean manufacturing initiative. § Empowering and developing production cells. § Contribute to Health and Safety implementation budgets and department operational plans. Experience & Skills: § Knowledge of MRPII. § Proactive problem solving. § 3 years manufacturing management experience. § Knowledge of implementing modern manufacturing techniques e.g. JIT, Cellular, Kaizen, Lean, Continuous Improvement. Salary & Package: £30,000 to £34,000 plus pension and benefits.
