Regional Executive - Sussex

The Role: You will assist our clients, who either have a health related condition or disability to achieve their career goals, by establishing contacts with local employers, and encouraging them to create job opportunities to recruit our clients. Qualities needed for this position include: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills dynamic and enthusiastic with a tenacious character. negotiation skills and credibility with employers at all levels competent IT skills using Windows based packages Based in our Chichester office you'll be part of a small, professional team, understanding the needs of both our clients and employers, and you'll be willing to travel throughout the area. Although it is not essential, previous experience of working with disability issues and knowledge of recruitment would be advantageous.
