Duties:
Managing IT Service Management Projects (including assessments, process implementation and coaching).
Managing project teams.
Developing Plans, presentations, handbooks and other documentation.
Developing new service and intellectual property.
Developing and facilitating workshops. and training courses.
Developing training programs.
Developing existing client. relationships and gaining new business.

Skills:
You will have over 4 years experience in ITIL.
ITIL Certified preferably Masters
Government experience is a distinct advantage.
Other methodologies such as Prince 2 / MOF and Balanced Scorecard.
Excellent man-management and leadership skills.

Positions in Sydney and Melbourne.
