Our high profile client with a global presence is looking for Genesys Software Engineers and Architects to grow their CTI division due to a consistently large influx of work in this area.

The positions promise to offer excellent contract and career opportunities working in a leading team on cutting edge projects.

The Software Engineers are responsible for software staging, installation, monitoring, software development, testing and software maintenance, candidates will need at least 2 years of experience in a contact centre environment with Genesys.

You will be working on architecture, design and development of contact centre solutions.

Essential skills and responsibilities:

• Previous design and development experience with the Genesys Call Centre Software Solution Products. Covering Genesys Framework, Inbound/Outbound Routing, Internet Suite and reporting.
• Full SDLC experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Genesys / Symposium: Contact centre technologies , able to program and design vectors and CTI softphone , VXml
• Reporting tools; QMC , Crystal , Genesys
• Add on products; IP Tel, Verint, Nuance, Holly
• PABX : Understand how PABX ACD technology interfaces with products
• Ability to diagnose and software fix specialised products.
• Ability to plan and execute complex areas of software design.
• Ability to provide detailed written responses to technical requirements.
Highly desirable:
• Oracle SQL Plus & SQL Statements.
• JavaScript and Visual Basic.
• PABX programming
• TCP/IP Networking.

Both contract and permanent opportunities are available in Melbourne and Sydney, with other locations coming up. Genesys support roles also available.
