We are looking for experienced IT Recruitment Consultants and resourcers to join a team in an excellent working environment.

EDT is looking to expand again and a new Consultant has the potential to head up their own division in 6 months. A resourcer can expect to be a consultant within a similar timescale. EDT Values it's Employees as much as it does it's clients. You will not be micro-managed, you will be given the tools you need to step into the high earnings bracket in a short space of time.

You will be empowered to take control of your own business and drive your own future with assistance as opposed to interference from management.

We require someone with the ability to win new business as well as account manage existing customers.

A fun/positive attitude is a must. You will also have the following:-
A proven track record of success in IT Recruitment (preferably in Australia but not essential).
An excellent business sense and the ability to plan a territory.
Ability to prioritise work/good organisational skills.
Excellent rapport building skills.
Excellent client facing and presentation skills.
