Due to the continued demand on our services and recent successes in
achieving significant relations with certain industry governing bodies, we now seek to develop our Executive and Contingency Teams by the introduction of the following:

Account Manager (Executive Recruitment)

Candidates will possess a recognised qualification coupled with a minimum of three years experience in a demanding recruitment environment. The role requires excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to project manage senior recruitment projects from initial client briefing, formulating an appropriate recruitment programme through to the assessment of candidates. In addition, candidates will be experienced in managing a range of accounts ensuring that customers receive exceptional support. The post will also include the development of new customers accounts, attending industry related seminars and exhibitions and the continuous improvement of company procedures and promotional items.

Recruitment Consultant (Contingency Team)

Applicants will have some exposure to recruitment, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing or sciences environment and are now looking to further develop their career. Preference will be given to applicants who are self-motivated and appreciate working in a team based environment. The post will involve the management of several projects at a time, which requires the ability to react quickly and professionally ensuring at all times that customer satisfaction is achieved.
