Estimating Manager – Salary £45,000- £55,000

Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the preparation of tenders
- Adjudication of Tenders
- Recruiting and training staff
- Preparing & processing statistics
- Supervise team of Senior estimators and staff within the department
- Work closely with sub-contractors, material suppliers, client representatives and design teams
- Submission of tenders and follow up work to secure contract award, including preparation of cost plans for future work

Requirements:
- Experience in working in an estimating environment for a building service contractor
- Qualification in Mechanical and/or electrical field
- Strong presentation, people management and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
