Project Quantity Surveyor

Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:

Project Quantity Surveyor – Salary Negotiable

Responsibilities:

 Continuously work with Project manager, Site Manager, General foreman, Engineers, QA Managers, and also external customers, sub contractors and other statutory bodies
 Trouble shooting, Management of change, Management of QS Team
 Supervise Other site based Quantity Surveyors
 Maximize cash flows through timely preparation and submission of documents
 Ensure project teams have a good understanding and focus
 Understand, operate and ensure the use of company policies, procedures and contractual arrangements.
 Ensure timely, efficient and profitable procurement

Requirements
 Experience with crisis management, and change management
 Knowledge in legalities with contract and construction
 Strong interpersonal skills to be a part of the project delivery team
 Team player, and a good leader and motivator
