CONTRACTS PLANNER/PROJECT PLANNER

Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:

CONTRACTS PLANNER/PROJECT PLANNER – Salary: Negotiable



Responsibilities:

 Produce Tender Programs and Prelim Costing and Contract Programs.
 Deal with Program Updates and Amendments.
 Closely work with Assistant Planner, Project Manager, Design Coordinator, Project QS as well as clients, consultants and subcontractors
 Analyze requirement of plant and labor resources, and assess and evaluate construction methods and techniques
 Preparation of detailed contract programs in conjunction with project team.
 Accurate reporting and monitoring of site progress.
 Assist in the preparation of tender submissions where required

Requirements:
 Previous experience in working in the construction services sector
 Previous tender planning and costing experience desirable
 Excellent numerical and analytical skills
 Capable of preparing and presenting documents
 Capable of financial report preparation, and resource analysis.
