Project Manager

Our clients are leading homebuilders in the UK and urgently require:

Project Manager – Salary: £ 40,000- £ 50,000 plus package


Responsibilities:

 Have knowledge of the Company Contract and administer company contractual obligations and rights
 Assemble, organize and direct the resources necessary for the timely completion of the contract or any work involved with, to the required standard, in a safe manner and in line with the Company’s’ general policies and specific procedures, ensuring the best possible return for the company
 Establish in conjunction with the line manager, a management structure clearly defining lines of communication and relationships between parties and key personnel, and all personnel are made aware of their roles, and trained if required.
 Establish the initial construction strategy statements and procedures and produce necessary revisions that are at time to time necessary
 Be fully conversant with health and safety regulations, and be responsible for the subordinate staff are familiar and comply with the same
 Monitor performance against programs, forecasts, procedures, contract budgets, and method statements and take action as necessary.

Requirements:

 +5 years experience in projects and contracts
 Experience in Health Care, Commercial and Education sector desirable
 Team player with leadership skills to motivate and drive a delivery team
 Capable of site supervision, financial report preparation, and site audit.
 Knowledge and experience with Contracts documents, Health and Safety regulations
