Client Services Executive

The successful candidate will be involved in the following activities with the intention that they gain a strong understanding of how the Direct Marketing industry works.

Administration: Outgoing and Incoming calls with a view to Client Liaison
Sourcing of sub contractors and suppliers.
General filing
Overseeing the running of daily jobs and some accounts.
Liaison with Client Services Manager, Mailing Manager and IT Manager

Call Centre: Incoming calls from numbers used in response marketing initiatives

Downloading of information (data entry) to a networked system and a general overlook of the telephone system in place.

Mail merging: To understand the basics of letter setups attaching data and printing. .
