Being part of this dynamic team you will be required to deal with; complex commercial risks (most of them liability based), renewals, mid term adjustments, new business, etc. A bespoke IT software system is used. You will need to be educated to a minimum of 'A' level standard, have professional qualifications or be prepared to study towards them, possess a willingness to succeed whilst providing 1st class customer service.
There are no fixed salaries and everyone is given a unique income according to their skills, experience, etc.
