The Job:
The role will involve organising and monitoring workflow, providing full support and assisting Development Underwriters to provide a first class service for Brokers and Clients. In particular, reference to renewal retention, premium processing, new business acquisition and policy draft, control of lapses and customer service that makes a difference. Effective liaison with internal personnel to ensure service standards are delivered to both Brokers and Clients will be vital. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading, training, developing a team with excellent communication skills and a pro-active approach.
