Our client is one of the leading composite Insurers in today’s market. Due to expansion  they are looking for a Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of 8 Commercial Underwriters.  Your core responsibilities will be to look after service issues, to handle complaints, and to foster good relations with brokers. This will entail occasional broker visits. You do not need underwriting experience top carry out this role, and you needn’t necessarily come from an Insurer background. Your management expertise is what is required to be successful in this position.
