The Life and General Insurance practice is a vibrant and growing sector within the company and they now need an additional Underwriter to help take the area forward.
This will be a client facing role and you will be a key member in a team that designs and implements business solutions for these clients.
You must have a deep knowledge of underwriting practice, be it within the life or general insurance markets. You must also be comfortable in front of clients and be used to managing case underwriters. Our client does not want someone performing a case underwriting role at present. Evidence that you have worked on strategy and maybe even some product development would certainly add weight to your case.
Your focus for this role will actually take in a number of areas, some of those being:
*Portfolio Management & Risk Segmentation
*Rating & Actuarial Expertise
*Case Underwriting (commercial lines only)
*Cycle Management and Market Pricing
