Job Description :
A prominent, award winning IFA firm, have a requirement for someone with good sales support experience, good product knowledge, especially in relation to protection lines and solid supervisory experience.
The main brief of the role being to push and motivate a team of support staff, handle any difficult situations that may arise and also be assertive when necessary. The core areas of this brief are as follows:
* Monitor / Improve team and individual performance
* Promote best practice
* Keep the team aware of company issues and developments
* Liaise with other support team leaders throughout the company
* Provide your Manager with feedback regarding provider performance
* Organise the training of new recruits and keep aware of training requirements amongst the team
* Go through the one-to-one process, assessing and appraising your team
* Quality check the team's work on a regular basis and address poor performance when neccesary
You must have FPC1 as a minimum and you must be interested in contributing towards the growth of a young, successful business where good long-term opportunities are very much a reality, not just a carrot.
