Junior IT Support Assistant


Duties:

· To provide technical support
· To troubleshoot and resolve issues
· Advise and train users as per company procedures
· Some heavy lifting (hardware etc)

· Assist the I.T. Manager in formalising and evolving the support function
· To assist the I.T. Manager in ensuring that the duties of the role are carried out
· To provide a high level of internal customer service
· To comply with the firms practices and procedures

Car owner (required to travel between office) & full clean driving licence Any I.T. qualification
Excellent communication skills Interest in Intranet development
Ability to train users effectively Previous legal software knowledge
Good time management skills to meet demands of several users
Able to work under pressure
Presentable
Relevant technical knowledge: PC hardware, Microsoft Office, WIN95, WIN98, XP, NT, LANS
Willingness to learn
