Dynamic Functions Co-ordinator/Administrator require to join this high-profile national catering organisation.With extensive administration skills you will play a key role in this busy operation. Responsible for all office administration, invoicing and accounts, being the first point of call for all business enquiries, producing and distributing accurate event orders/documents/invoices in a timely manner, ensuring precise communication delivery and collating information for senior management and other departments. A demanding role that requires an organisaed individual with an eye for detail and a professional approach. The successful candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (excel & word essential), at least 2 years specific hospitality co-ordination/administration experience and an interest in food and events.
