Exceptional General Manager required to join this dedicated, entrepreneurial organisation. Looking for a F&B professional that strives on service excellence and team development. Key emphasis of this role is to drive the hotel operations forward (15 refurbished rooms + 70 cover restaurant) ensuring leadership and encouragement of your team in order to consistently exceed guest’s expectations. To be considered for this role you will have strong food and beverage operational/general management experience, a solid business acumen, a passion for excellence, an outgoing personality and have the natural ability to build a solid reputation.
