A New Opening for a dynamic, experienced, ‘hands on’ Catering Manager to join this high-profile Contract Catering Organisation. This employer requires – passion, impact and personality – reporting to the Ops Manager you will be responsible for managing and driving this catering operation forward. The client has approx 300 staff, 7 day operation, staff meals and corporate hospitality.To be considered for this role you will have the following: § At least 2 years hospitality/catering management experience within a quality operation§ Food production knowledge and practical chef experience § A good business acumen with excellent communication skills§ The natural ability to gain maximum productivity within your team.A passion front of house management/service delivery and the ability to build relationships with internal and external business clients essential.
