I am currently recruiting for a Billing Programme Manager to implement new billing systems across Europe and the United States. My client is looking for a senior Programme Manager (5-10 years experience in Programme Manager roles) who has considerable experience with billing, scoping and implementation projects in the telecommunications/ ISP industry. The role is London based with occasional European travel. Rates are highly competitive.
