Key responsibilities
Support the HR Quality and Programme Co-ordination Manager in monitoring monthly expenditure against planned expenditure.
Manage the delivery of all HR financial transactions working with HR staff, procurement and suppliers to resolve issues.
Provide HR management information reports (London Office report, HR Vital Signs Report and HR Key Performance Indicator reports), required by the business for various forums (EMB, HQ Board, HR Board and the London Office).
Manage the performance and development of 1 PO3 ?V HR Finance Assistant.
Essential Criteria
1. Competent in the use of Word, Outlook and Intermediate Excel.
2. Data Analysis - GCSE mathematics or equivalent and can demonstrate ability to interpret numerical and financial information.
3. Good organisational skills enabling tight deadlines to be met.
4. Good oral and written communication skills demonstrated in interactions with customers and stakeholders.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with commitment to customer care.
