Description
This role is within the Logistics Department of our Clients UK Headquarters in Hemel. You will facilitate the resolution of customer queries in an efficient and customer facing manner, report on individual carrier and customer performance. Using webtool to administer all allocated customer queries, booking good back into stock and raise credits to customers, deal with insurance claims, proof of export reporting using SAP and use the information proactvely to chase nominated forwarders for outstanding proofs of export. You will have at least 1 years experience in a customer service role. Basic SAP knowledge, good communication skills (telephone & face to face).
