Sales Manager


At Advanced Demand Side Management (ADSM) PLC, we specialise in assisting organisations in the private and public sectors to reduce energy and water consumption, delivering substantial financial savings and helping to meet today’s global environmental challenge.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing the company’s sales strategy and generating sales of water and energy efficiency solutions throughout the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
* Meeting challenging targets in developing the company’s sales within the private and public sectors
* Building new relationships and nurturing existing accounts
* Representing the company at trade shows and events, giving presentations where necessary
* Keeping up-to-date with the industry and latest policy drivers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* Good presentation skills
* A proven track record of developing business in this area
Desirable
* Previous experience in an environmental role
* Knowledge of energy and water management
* Relevant qualifications at HNC/degree level

PERSONAL QUALITIES
You need to be:
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
* A team player with good interpersonal skills: building internal and external relationships should be second nature
* Able to identify and nurture opportunities for future work
* A highly-confident presenter
