Energy and Water Manager

At Advanced Demand Side Management (ADSM) PLC, we specialise in assisting organisations in the private and public sectors to reduce energy and water consumption, delivering substantial financial savings and helping to meet today’s global environmental challenge.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, you will be responsible for delivering solutions and advice to our clients throughout the UK to assist them in reducing water and energy consumption.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Energy and water management:
* Deal with high-level customer enquiries
* Advise clients on financial initiatives and grants
* Carry out site surveys
Management of our team of utility bill management experts:
* Set and monitor team targets and objectives
* Identify opportunities for reduction of energy and water costs within the client sites from utility invoice data
* Identify continuous improvements to the service, including value to client and internal efficiency
* Oversee the development of software and internal tools with third party provider

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Educated to degree level
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* People management skills
