Building Services Engineer

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, the Building Services Engineer has overall responsibility for delivering water and energy-saving projects to our clients throughout the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Development and implementation of energy and water-saving projects
* Execution of technical site surveys
* Production of detailed technical reports
* Management of supply chain
* Coordination of installation team
* Supervision of health and safety aspects of all projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
* Educated to HNC - degree level in an electrical engineering field
* 5+ years of building services experience

Desirable:
* Experience in the Environmental field
* Knowledge of water/energy management
* Previous project management experience
