Customer Services Advisor

Our client supplies, maintains & installs telecommunication equipment to businesses including corporate clients.
Due to expansion and a large increase in clientele, they urgently require customers Services Advisors to assist in responding to calls from existing & potential new customers.

Whilst previous experience within a telecommunication supplier is preferred, e.g. BT, orange, vodafone,NTL etc., candidates with good general communication skills will be considered.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience, but new employees are most likely to commence on a salary of approximately £12 to £12.5k.
