Responsibilities




The Role:
· Manage all product engineering for the Entertainment Technology Division
· Collaborate with senior members of the management team and the SVP of Software Engineering/Product Marketing to refine and extend our product vision, our next generation architecture, and translate those ideas into specific schedules and assignments
· Lead the rapid and robust development of core products, extensions and new products through a team of 4-5 managers and 30+ engineers


Job Requirements
Requirements:
· At least 12 years experience building and shipping high quality, successful commercial software products with a full understanding of user acceptance
· Experience of managing these projects at a detailed level
· Experience of 8 years in management, with responsibility of up to 50 people

Desirable:
· Familiarity with the state of the art in audio, video, and games technologies
· Familiar with web services, networks, database systems, creating API products
· Experience of managing C, C++, C#, Java and Web-Based products
· Experience at a largish, brand name software vendor / Start-up Software
