Genesys 6.5 WFM configuration engineer
Engineer to configure and tune Genesys 6.5 WFM installation for 15 call
centre implementations.
Location: Milton Keynes - but with some travel possible
Experience required: Genesys 6.5 configuration and management
Genesys 6.5 WFM implementation and configuration
Experience desired: Knowledge of Aspect, DMS100, Avaya G3 switches

Major Telco seeks a Genesys 6.5 WFM configuration engineer to configure and tune Genesys 6.5 WFM installation for 15 call centre implementations.

To be considered you must have Genesys 6.5 configuration and management exp and Genesys 6.5 WFM implementation and configuration. Knowledge of Aspect, DMS100, Avaya G3 switches highly desirable.
