Planner Needed - Enfield - £65K

The Projects:

New-build high-rise residential mixed-use developments valued at up to £170million.



The Role:

Tendering major projects including preparation of full submission documents, developing construction programmes and monitoring progress. Presentations to existing and prospective clients.



Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of the construction process with minimum 5 years practical UK experience. Main experience required in multi-storied, concrete framed, residential developments as well as some experience of commercial and retail developments. A formal UK, construction based, qualification will be beneficial



Salary Negotiable Up to £65k depending on qualifications and experience.
