IFA / Account Manager - Pensions and Flexible Benefits

A well established IFA, our client specialises in managing pensions and employee benefit schemes for organisations ranging from SME’s to multi-nationals. Differentiating themselves by providing a truly personalised service, the company is enjoying rapid growth and has recently been appointed to manage the Group Pension Scheme for a high profile UK manufacturer. This success has created a new role for an Account Manager to manage the client and develop new group opportunities in the South East.

Home based, you will be responsible for managing this new client across its UK wide locations to ensure high service levels are maintained whilst maximising the number of members in the scheme. The company is also interested in introducing a Flexible Benefits Scheme and previous experience of this would be an added benefit.

Once this key account is under control you will be targeted to develop new business opportunities to manage other group benefits schemes.

Candidates should have a proven track record of winning and managing group pension schemes for any size of client organisation.
