The purpose of this work is to: 1. Implement new features in the Flex application: • Letter of intent • Opinion, Decision, Appeal and Re-examination processes • Scientific information content • Search in history 2. Maintain the current application Description The work required therefore comprises: • Prototyping • Write/maintain and test programs which reflect the specifications based on user requirements • Optimise programs • Produce the relevant technical documentation • Participation in meetings with the users
