Trainee Chemist

We are looking to recruit Trainee Chemists into our research & development departments.
Successful candidates will be sponsored through a part-time Chemistry degree at Northumbria University while they gain experience in our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.
These are permanent, paid opportunities. The salary is reviewed after the successful completion of each year of the part-time degree programme.

Successful applicants will:
Have successfully completed A-level Chemistry to a minimum of grade C within the last year.
Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for science in general and chemistry in particular.
Reside within commuting distance of our research facility in Gateshead.
Good oral and written communication skills.
