Deep Sea Exports Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients in the Shipping Industry who are looking for a Deep Sea Exports Supervisor. Candidates that have a minimum of 5 years experience within the Freight Forwarding Industry only need apply.

The successful candidate will be based in Basildon currently employing 12 staff but planning for this to rise to 16 by the end of next year. You will be required to expand a small department of three (Supervisor, Clerk and trainee) to four by the end of this year. You will operate and sell and effectively think of the department as a shop that is placed into your care and to develop it accordingly. You will be dealing with Deep Sea generally, they do not operate our own NVOCC service. This is a very relaxed and friendly office with a good sense of humour encouraged. The majority of the staff has served at least 6 years each.
