Although this home is a residential care home they ideally would like someone with a nursing background. This is because the home caters for the Frail & Elderly & EMI they would ideally like a RGN registered general nurse or a RMN registered mental heath nurse.

The home is situated in lovely Jersey on the Channel Islands. The home is located in a prime position near local amenities and in very attractive grounds. The are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager and the salary is excellent as on Jersey salaries are higher as well as paying less tax!!! They ideally are looking for local candidates who live in Jersey on the Channel Islands for this role, however, relocating candidates would find this an attractive role due to all the added benefits that come with Jersey!

Ideally my client are looking an EXPERIENCED DEPUTY HOME MANAGER a RGN would be ideal or an RMN (registered general nurse, registered mental health nurse) as this base knowledge of nursing will be highly utilised! What is essential is an RMA qualification or NVQ level 4 in care management.
