Web Developer

Web / PHP / ASP.Net Developer

My client is looking for a Web Developer who will develop and perform maintenance of a unified online platform from which all group websites and online marketing activity will be run.

Main Responsibilities
• Development of a new online client application process, to integrate into existing company systems.
• The specification and design of a new online platform / framework on which to migrate existing group websites to, and develop all new sites on.
• New build and on-going development of the group online framework
• Integration of search engine network data with on-site analytics data to produce all group online marketing reporting.
• Ad-hoc design and development of numerous online tools e.g. SEO competitive analysis, PPC keyword tracking
• Creating and maintaining documentation for all developments.
• CVS implementation and management of all developments

Skills and Experience Required

• ASP.Net & PHP Development (Object Orientated)
• Javascript Development
• MySQL and MS SQL Relational Database Design
• XHTML & CSS Standards based website design
• Subversion usage/management
• Secure programming practices

In addition, knowledge of LAMP environment web server administration, MS IIS web server administration, XML, SOAP and JAVA would be an advantage, but are not necessarily requirements.
