DEPUTY HOME MANAGER REQUIRED FOR WEST SUSSEX HOME – MUST HAVE STRONG DEPUTY HOME MANAGER EXPERIENCE! WEST SUSSEX - GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

We are looking to recruit a very strong and confident Deputy Home Manager for a 33 bedded nursing and dementia home in West Sussex, Horsham. This role is a challenging role and will need someone with exceptional confidence within their own ability as a manager and as a carer.

This home is part of larger group who have an excellent reputation within the care industry. They care for a number of different people, the elderly, dementia patients and those with physical disabilities.

The home we are recruiting for is an elderly and dementia home and you must have be a REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE or a REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH NURSE. Experience of working within a home with difficulties previously would be VERY advantageous and they would ideally look at a HOME MANAGER who prefers DEPUTY HOME MANAGER role but a strong deputy would be an excellent candidate. Experience of working with dementia patients is also very important. You must have good clinical acumen and knowledge.

This role is a really good opportunity for someone to go into a home where they have just a appointed a new home manager. The team is new and fresh and looking to turn this home around into a bespoke and sought after home. They want to make this home one to be proud off and you could help them do it.

Salary will range from £13 / £14 per hour with added benefits.
