Drugs Worker

Experience case managing substance misuse clients is essential. Experience working in a needle exchange would be a benefit.

A Yorkshire service is looking for a substance misuse practitioner to work in its community drugs team. The role will involve giving harm minimisation advice within a needle exchange as well as assessing clients and designing care plans to address their addictive behaviour including substitute prescribing. This post has the opportunity for extension or to be taken on a permanent basis.
