Qualified Social Worker- Children and Families

Degree or Diploma in Social Work, or other GSCC recognised social work qualification is essential, as experience carrying out social work in a fast-paced statutory setting. Previous experience handling court work is a benefit, although there is the opportunity for this to be gained. The post will involve making complex assessments including section 47, carrying a caseload of service users, court work and designing and implementing care plans. This post with an East London borough offers competitive rates of pay and the potential for flexible working hours. Work is also available at senior social worker level.
