Process Manager


International Company of the pharmaceutical sector.
Functions:
- EMEA Process Manager leads a staff of people in the monitoring of EMEA Accounts Payable, Procurement and T&E services.

- •Manages team of direct reports in daily operations ensuring that EMEA Purchase Orders, Payments, Data Maintenance and Travel reimbursements.
- •Provides resolution of escalated EMEA specific service and process issues and ensures all issues are appropriately managed, tracked and escalated as needed.
- •Manages and monitors EMEA process performance measures, Service Level Agreements (SLA) with vendors and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) with internal clients.
- •Performs all supervisory tasks such as mentoring and coaching of staff and ensures that all employees have completed mid year and year end reviews and development plans. Provides constructive feedback for employee development.
- •Collaborates, communicates and interacts with Country EMEA Process Managers as well as customers (both internal and external) to resolve issues such as vendor master file matters, purchase requisitions and travel & expense reporting issues/questions for all divisions that the country supports.
- •Support for the Call Center.

Requirements:
- •BS in Accounting or Finance required. MBA in Accounting, Finance or Management preferred.
- •Bi-lingual English/local language required.
- •Minimum of 9-10+ years experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Procurement with a solid knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as knowledge of local country compliance issues and regulations. A solid knowledge of financial systems and technology is desirable.
- •Experience with Shared Services related function (s) required.
- •6+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- •Must deliver customer value and continuously seek to optimize operations.
- •Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, good project management skills and exhibit superior customer relationship skills when interacting with internal and external customers as well as senior management.
- •Must be an innovative thinker; with the ability to identify inefficiencies and generate creative solutions. Must possess strong analytical and problem solving techniques.
- •Knowledge of Six Sigma is desirable.
- •Participate in a SAP implementation is a must.
