Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Functions:
- Under the direction of the EMEA Process Manager.
-
- Senior Account Payable Analyst:
- •Fully responsible for EMEA wide coordination and supervision of the EMEA Accounts Payable activities.
- •Is responsible for ensuring that all transactional processes in the organization are conducted in accordance with the business process and the grants of authority guidelines.
- •Works closely with other groups, Procurement, Vendor Maintenance Group, Call Center management to ensure the quality.
- •Ensures that invoices are processed timely, utilizing good internal audit controls: duplicate payment reporting, back to Account Payable report, invoice reject report, category feed interface function, credit desk, credit aging report, e-transaction functions, foreign currency processing.
- •Assists in all Sarbanes Oxley review and testing and annual internal audits.
- •Responsible for ensuring that high quality data is entered into the various databases.
- •Participate in testing and implementation of these changes or upgrades.
- •Performs various other activities and special projects as directed by the EMEA Process Manager.

Requirements:
- •Degree
- •Bi-lingual English/local country language preferred.
- •Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related function preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
- •Must posses good written and oral communication skills as well as conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- •Ability to work to work independently and participate in diverse cross-functional teams.
- •High degree of motivation, flexibility, strong time management and inter personal skills to manage high volumes effectively.
- •Ability to make effective decisions while ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
- •Ability to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions.
- •Strong computer skills required including the use of products and web-based applications.
- •Strong working knowledge of SAP, or other ERP´s.
