Substance Misuse Practitioner

Previous experience case-managing substance misuse clients is essential. Experience advocating substitute prescriptions would be a benefit. Experience delivering group workshops would also be a benefit.

A North London service requires an experienced drugs worker to carry out comprehensive assessments of crack and cannabis users. The successful candidate will carry a caseload of around 10 clients and duties will include designing care plans and key working clients. Duties will also include working in the drop-in centre and delivering crack workshops. The contract may be extended beyond the initial duration.
