Experienced Home Manager – Berkshire – Nursing Home Manager for 35 Bedded Home in Berkshire! FANTASTIC OPPORUTNTIY, SALARY & BENEFITS!!! Fancy a Challenge?

Our client is a small yet growing and vibrant care home provider for the frail and elderly. They have a number of homes situated throughout the South of the UK. They promote themselves on the smooth running, successful communication, genuine commitment to care and catering for each patient’s specific needs.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced HOME MANAGER for a challenging home in BERKSHIRE which is a 35 bedded home but it is not at fully occupancy die to a number of factors at play. The home itself is lovely set in a traditional main house with extensions and an application in progress for extra dementia beds.

This home is a good challenge to someone who is a confident manager, sure of the abilities and looking for something which they can get their teeth into!

The ideal candidate will have to have either a Registered Nurse’s Qualification (RGN) or Ideally a Registered Mental Health Nurse Qualification (RMN) a RMA would also be great but this is not essential but you must be willing to towards this. You will also need a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role and be aware of all the duties that come with managing a more difficult home.

You will need to market the home and make sure you look after budgets efficiently as well carrying out staff appraisals, staff rotas and trying to get the home up to full occupancy.

Salary will range from £35,000 to £40,000 and will include an annual bonus, full health care & 5 weeks holiday per year.
