Home Manager Required 64 Bedded Home set in Lovely Grounds - Coventry!

Our client are one of the UK’s most well known care providers looking after the frail and elderly and also in some homes, people with special needs. Currently, our client are looking to recruit a Home Manager for a 64 bedded nursing home for elderly people with conditions such as Alzheimer’s. Based in Coventry this home is suited within reach of all the local amenities, making this home the perfect place for any experienced Home Manager.

Our client is looking for someone with a Registered Nurse’s Qualification and ideally a RMA but this is not essential. As this is a 64 bedded home you will need t have previous experience as a Home Manager or if you are a Deputy looking for your next career move to have managed a large scale home of around 70+ beds.

Your main duties will be to run the home and report to the Regional Manager on the home and its progress, work to budgets, manage staff and patients and also take an active involvement in the recruitment for the home.

Base salary will be around £36,000 plus a negotiable package / bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager in Coventry.
