Thatcham Needs a Deputy Home Manager! Up to £30k salary in excellent home with Superb benefits!

Our client is currently looking to recruit a deputy home manager for an elderly residential home in Thatcham, near Newbury. They are looking for either a Senior Charge Nurse with previous supervisory experience or someone with previous Deputy Management Experience in an Elderly Care Home.

You will have to be RGN qualified in this role and ideally a RMA but this is not essential. Experience in care for the elderly is definitely preferred along with excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.

The client is looking to pay a very competitive salary and will offer a benefits package.
