Qualified Social Worker- Looked After Children

A permanent vacancy has arisen for a Qualified Social Worker in Southeast London. A Diploma or Degree in Social Work or other Social Work qualification is essential, as is registration with the GSCC. Previous experience working with children and families in a statutory setting is also essential. Experience working with children looked after is desirable, although there is the opportunity for this experience to be gained. Duties will involve creating and implementing care plans, preparing material for court and working with other specialist teams including leaving care, and adoption and fostering. This permanent post offers competitive rates of pay and the potential for flexible working hours.
