Qualified Social Worker- Referral and Assessment

Diploma or Degree in Social Work or other GSCC-recognised social work qualification is essential, as is previous experience carrying out children and families social work in a statutory setting. Previous experience working in referral and assessment is a benefit, although there is the opportunity for this experience to be gained. Duties will include making assessments as part of s 47 investigations, multi-agency work, report writing and carrying a short-term caseload. This permanent post is with a child and family team in Southeast London and offers competitive rates of pay and the opportunity for a long term contract.
