Bookkeeper

We are a rapidly expanding chain of retail pharmacies and we currently have a vacancy for an experienced bookkeeper. The candidate must have good IT skills and should be fully conversant with SAGE LINE 50 and SAGE Payroll. The candidate should be organised and confident enough to be able to work unsupervised.

Working closely with our directors & accountants, duties will include all transactional activities for Banking, Purchases, Sales, Analysis, Completion of VAT, Preparation of Wages and bank reconciliations.

The role will also involve assisting in the production of Monthly Management Accounts, costing analysis and other ad hoc office administration tasks to assist the directors and ensure the smooth operation of the business.
